Aaron Hernandez (born November 6, 1989) was an American footballer, and a famous NFL player from Bristol, Connecticut, USA. During his career, he played for New England Patriots. But his career ended in the year 2013 after he got accused of the murder of Odin Lloyd.

He eventually died when he committed suicide by hanging himself in the prison room with a bedsheet. A Netflix series named “Killer Inside: The Mind of Aaron Hernandez” is going to be released in January 2020 which is based on his life.

Right from the schooling when his father pushed him into football then he started to develop an interest in the game.

He played for his school Bristol Central High School, Connecticut. After this, even during his college years he played for the University of Connecticut and did very well.

In the 2010 draft, he got drafted by the New England Patriots in the fourth round. Other teams were not ready to draft him because of his behavior issues and even defined him as “a problem”.

 

Documentary, Murder, Suicide and other charges

After being brought up in a violent house environment he had also developed a very violent and strange behavior. Because of his fight, he got involved in many criminal activities.

About this, a documentary is about to be released and the trailer of which released on 15 January 2020. The name of the documentary is “Killer Inside”.

In the year 2007 on April 28 in Gainesville Florida, he got involved in a bar fight with the manager of the bar and he also punched near his ear which ruptured his eardrum. But the case got settled out of the court.

The same year of 2007 three men got attacked by a person with a gun. The two sitting in the front got injured but survived but the one sitting at the back left uninjured. After the attack, he described to the police about the attacker.

He said that the attacker was around 100 kg and had tattoos. Police then contacted Hernandez’s coach that they wanted to meet the players of the team but got rejected as they had no proof against them. Later it was found that the attacker was not Aaron.

In 2012 on 16 July two men named Daniel Jorge Correia de Abreu (29) and Safiro Teixeira Furtado (28) got killed when a person fired at them while they were in their car. The witnesses said that bullets got fired from Hernandez’s car.

In the year 2013, his wife also contacted police and complained about him being drunk and violent.

When on June 18, 2013, Odin Lloyd found to be dead with shots in chest and back near an industrial setup, Aaron Hernandez’s NFL team warned him that if he got found to be arrested his team will release him.

After 8 days from the incident on 26 June police arrested him and the other two men who were also attached to the murder.

At around 3:05 am on April 19, 2017, he was found to be dead as he committed suicide by hanging himself from the window with bedsheets. The incident happened at a correctional cell in Massachusetts.
