Jacqueline was born as Jacqueline Cleggett Lucas on Thursday, August 9, 1962, in Mississippi City in the United States. Her father “George Cleggett” was a businessman and her mom “Nadine Cleggett” was a homemaker. She has a younger brother in her family named “Seno Cleggett”.

She joined “Morehouse School of Medicine” to start her medical studies. Because she is interested in the medical field from childhood.

After completing her medical studies, she started taking knowledge of Pediatrics and medicine from the LSU Health Sciences Center, New Orleans.

She certified her degree in Pediatrics from the American Academy of Pain Medicine. Then she did a few years of internship and became a pediatrician doctor.

Jacqueline Cleggett got married to her husband “David Howard Present” in the year 1990. David worked as an emergency room physician.

She is the mother of three children named “Kelli Lucas”, “Erica Lucas”, and “Marlon Lucas”. After the birth of the children, the relationship between the partners was deteriorated.

She divorced her husband after troubled by quarrels. After the divorce, she got custody of her all three children. She focused on her career and started living with her kids.

After some time, she used to prescribed medicine in wrong to earn money. It all looks great to her, but she had no idea that she was going to be in a lot of trouble.

In 2002, Police investigated and found her to distributing medicine like Vicodin, methadone, OxyContin illegally. The police arrested her and charged her the fine of $1 million with 20 years of prison in July 2007.

Dan is a pharmacist who sells the medicines on behalf of the prescriptions of doctors. Patients were come to his shop to purchase the medicine with the prescribed slip of Dr. Cleggett.

Patients demand the heavy dose of medicine from him and he gave them the medicine because the patients have the signed slip of Dr. Jacqueline.  One day he felt strange when a boy of young age came to his pharmacy and demanding heavy medicine.
