She got the fame for her role in a soap opera ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ as Bulbul. In addition to this, “Love Sonia” (2018) was Thakur’s debut Hindi Film.

In the year 2014, she entered in Marathi cinema with the movie Vitti Dandu. ‘Mujhse Kuchh Kehti Yeh Khamoshiyaan’ was the first television serial of her acting career.
