Legendary Singer S. P. Balasubrahmanyam died at 74

The famous Indian playback singer and musician S. P. Balasubrahmanyam passed away on 25 December 2020. He was 74 years old. The cause of his death has been reported as the coronavirus.

According to the media reports, S. P. Balasubrahmanyam and his wife Savitri Balasubrahmanyam were tested positive for COVID-19 on 14 August 2020^[1]Times of India.

After this, the immediately rushed to Chennai’s MGM Healthcare. According to sources, he had recovered and returned home. But on September 20, his health deteriorated again and he had to be taken to the hospital.

But unfortunately, S. P. Balasubrahmanyam also succumbed to this dreaded disease and left the world on 25 December 2020.
