Wu Yongning (born 1991 – died November 8, 2017) was a Chinese Social Media Star and Stuntman from Changsha, China. He was famous for clicking selfies from the rooftops of various buildings. Furthermore, the 26-year-old Instagram was also popular by the name of daredevil Wu Yongning.
He also called himself as China’s First Rooftopper. Moreover, Wu’s parents and family members recent confirmed that their son died while attempting to shoot a stunt. On November 30, 2018, they revealed to Yongning fans officially that he died after falling from the 62-story skyscraper.
The social media star was recording a stunt on Huayuan International Centre in Changsha, capital of Hunan Province in Central China. Wu was sticking to the side of the skyscraper. However, he lost his grip and fall.
His body was discovered by a window cleaner. Moreover, the local authorities investigating the case also confirmed that it was an accident. Wu was just 26-year-old at the time of his death.
